Register mobile and browser consoles as Console assets

📄️Create or update the registration for a console

Creates an anonymous console registration when id is absent, or updates an existing registration when id is present. Authenticated new registrations are linked to the caller; updates require that link. The returned registration contains the durable asset ID for later calls.
